A quiet request
There are two different errands people are usually trying to do. One is flowers for the service. The other is a sympathy bouquet for the family. MITFAA Haven Florist can talk through either one.
Funeral floral arrangements are meant for the gathering itself. If you have them, share the funeral home’s name, the service time, and the name of the person being remembered. Families sometimes ask for flowers at the front of the room, including pieces associated with the casket. Say that directly. MITFAA Haven will tell you whether that kind of funeral arrangement can be prepared for the time you have.
The shop does not publish a standing list of funeral homes it works with, and it does not guarantee arrival at a service.
Sympathy flowers are for the people who are grieving, often at home after the service or instead of a service arrangement. They do a different job. A funeral piece is public and tied to a schedule. A sympathy bouquet is personal. It can be simpler, and it usually needs a home address rather than a chapel time.
If you want both, say so. They should be written down as two requests so the address and the funeral home are not mixed up. Delivery questions belong on the flower delivery page, and they are still confirmed by phone.
Tone
Pink and white roses, when the family wants something gentle.
A fresh stem people sometimes ask about. Availability is part of the call.
For a home bouquet when white feels too stark.
White is common. It is not a requirement. If the person loved a particular color, you can say that. MITFAA Haven will not invent a traditional meaning and will not pressure you toward a larger arrangement. There is no ranking of sympathy flowers on this site, and no claim that one bouquet is the correct condolence.
Other floral work at the shop is listed under floral arrangements in Houston. None of those pages replace this call when the occasion is a death.
Funeral flowers are for the service and usually need the funeral home and the time. Sympathy flowers are for the family, often at a home address. Tell MITFAA Haven which one you mean, or ask for both as separate notes.
The name of the person who died, the funeral home if there is a service, the time you were given, and any color the family requested. For a home bouquet, have the street address. Call +1 (833) 627-7356.
No. Timing is confirmed only for the specific request. If the service is soon, say that in the first sentence of the call.
Yes, in Houston, Texas. The address, the cost, and the timing are confirmed by phone. The delivery page explains what to have ready.

If speaking is easier than typing, that is enough. The contact page can hold a written note for you to read aloud. It does not send the note to the shop.
