What the shop needs in order to answer
Give the date, the Houston venue or office, and whether you need one statement arrangement or a run of smaller ones. A color limit helps. “Green and white, low enough to see across the table” is a useful sentence. MITFAA Haven does not publish event packages, labor for installation, or proof that it has decorated a particular ballroom.

Pickup, delivery, and the room

Is a wedding considered an event here?
Weddings have their own page because bouquets and ceremony flowers need a different conversation. Start at wedding flowers if that is the occasion.
Will someone place the arrangements in the room?
Ask on the call. Placement at a venue is not listed as a standard service and is not confirmed until the shop agrees.
